Today is the start of a new week......fresh starts.....fresh ideas. What will you do today that is different for yourself? Will you do the same thing, go on life the same way, or will you make the needed changes in your life?
Change your thoughts, try something new, think in new terms. What do you have to lose? What will it cost you? Absolutely nothing.......
Why not give it a try? Practice it, test it for yourself....out with the old, in with the new.
When feeling stressed or overwhelmed about any situation first take 3 deep breaths which helps to ground you......then only think positive thoughts and don't worry about the problem, the past, or your future.....just stay in the NOW.
It doesn't take hours, weeks, or months to feel differently....all it takes is for you to think positive thoughts over and over and tell yourself, "I'm in the now" and you will feel better instantly.
So easy......why fight it......try'll like it.
Past and future are in the mind only - I am now.
