A peace commanding presence is available to all of those who stay positive and uplifted.

There are many stresses and strains throughout the day that move us off this track. If this is what happens to you, stop and remember to regroup, clear your mind, center yourself taking three deep breaths, think positive thoughts and visual what you want. Put a picture of it in your mind and "feel" it......You could also write a letter to God about your troubles and let him handle it and let it go.

If you go off track do it again. It helps move your vibration out of the negative and connects you with the higher vibrational rate of peace, joy, love, and forgiveness.

Since you alone are responsible for your thoughts, only you can change them. You will want to change them when you realize that each thought creates according to its own nature. Remember that the law works at all times and that you are always demonstrating according to the kind of thoughts you habitually entertain. Therefore, start now to think only those thoughts that will bring you health and happiness.
