Today there is a general feeling of sadness, anger, and frustration. There is a lot of purging going on within each and everyone of us so just be aware of this and know that this will soon pass.
Ride the wave and don't make any new plans for today.
To get through these feelings whenever your emotions take hold of you, take three deep breaths, think of something positive or just say to yourself, "I'm in the now." Say that till you feel a release and everything will be fine.
