Your Thought Process




Life is as life does, that is the question.


Go about your day without any expectations, stress, fear of the future or worries about your past. Just be, just exist in the now. Focus on something if your mind tends to wonder. Focus on a light, a candle flame, a cloud passing by;anything to keep your mind from wondering. See how time passes without any worrisome thoughts?

Just like getting lost in nothingness...drifting away, daydreaming, fantasizing, or like watching a soap opera which happens to be a great way to stay away from any thoughts of any kind.

Practice this daily and watch how your life will change for the better because Empowering thoughts will change your life
